Wild free-roam Red Deer are sourced from Department of Conservation administered forests & national parks and privately owned South Island high country estates.

As wild deer suppliers, we operate under a comprehensive food safety regulatory regime which is administered and audited for compliance by both Duncan South Venison Ltd, as our primary processor, and the New Zealand Government's Ministry for Primary Industries.

We are Certified Suppliers of Wild Animals. The Operation Manual is approved by primary processor Duncan South, an export certified plant, situated at Mosgiel, Dunedin.

Our wild deer are professionally hunted and organised. We work with South Island high country sheep and beef stations to manage wild deer herds.
